Every year the Foundation grants individuals and organisations within our community funds to support the achievement of their aims.

Since 2002 the Foundation has distributed over one million dollars across the Bass Coast region to individuals and organisations in support of:

  • Education and development
  • Equity for women and girls
  • Performing arts
  • Energy innovation
  • Learner drivers
  • And more.

Grant Eligibility

To be eligible for grant opportunities recipients will need to hold, Charitable and Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) 1 Status.

Community Grants 2023

During 2023 the Bass Coast Community Foundation has directly supported Back to School Vouchers for needy children, Kids as Catalysts program run by Kids Thrive and the special L2P program for older women run through Mitchell House in Wonthaggi.
